We are looking for a mid-level developer to complement our dynamic development team. While applicants do not need to be experts in all of the disciplines listed below, they must express a desire and capacity to learn.

Requirements

• WordPress themes and child themes (building and best practices)
• Custom Post Types/Taxonomies as well as custom Fields
• WordPress boilerplates (blank/custom builds)
• WordPress plugins (building)
• Experience with PHP (5.4 and up), MySQL
• HTML 5, CSS 3.0
• Responsive development
• Version control (Specifically Git)
• Development from design (AI/PSD)
• jQuery
• JSON, AJAX

Personal Skills

• • A good understanding of Apache server environments
  • A general understanding on what MVC and OOP is
  • Sass and Sass frameworks (Bourbon/Neat especially)
  • Experience with Grunt and/or Gulp
  • Experience with Composer package management
